Why this exists
Most property content in Kenya comes from one of two places: listings marketplaces that earn commission from the developers they cover, or press releases republished without a site visit. Neither is set up to tell you when a development is behind schedule or the numbers don't add up.
We do it differently. Every development we feature gets a personal visit, with our own photos and drone footage. Area guides are built from real, dated price research, not estimates. And Development Watch means we come back later to check whether what was promised at launch is what actually got built.
